Beyond miniatures sell High quality resin kits for collectors, products shown in this website are not toys.
The product is sold unassembled and unpainted, the final aspect of the product may be diferent of the one shown in this website.
The assembling and handling of this product is responsibility of the costumer.

PURCHASING PROCESS

Is the responsibility of the customer to register the correct data for the shippment.

PRICES

Beyond miniatures will publish the prices in this website. The shipping cost will be added at the final step of the purchasing process.
Beyond miniatures can change the prices and offers without any prior notification.

RETURN POLICY

The customer may return items purchased on this website whithin 14 days of the reception. To do that, the customer must inform Beyond miniatures to his customer service email sales@beyondminiatures.com
Beyond miniatures is not responsible for any inconvenience caused to the goods during the shippment.
If the customer and Beyond miniatures agreed to return the goods to the seller, the items need to be in the original packaging and with all the pieces inside.
The shipping cost of the return is customers responsibility. If the customer ask for a replacement, Beyond miniatures will bear the shipping cost of the shipping to the customer.

APPLICABLE LAW

These conditions and guarantee period shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish legislation in matters not expressly stated.
Both Beyond Miniatures as the user may exercise their rights to any dispute that may arise from the acquisition of products, in the appropriate Courts.
In the event that the user reside outside Spain, or a legal person, Beyond Miniatures and the user, expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts of the city Alcobendas (Madrid)

General shipping information

Requests shall be processed within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of order and will be sent within 48 / 72h following . Delivery will be detailed during the process. However, if Beyond Miniatures consider that a product, due to their characteristics may need a longer time period , always be indicated in the online store and/or facebook page for user consideration. Customer shall have no right to request cancellation of an order or any compensation, including reimbursement of postage in the event that a delay in product delivery occurs due to circumstances beyond the will of Beyond Miniatures.
